Shitbox Rally Spring 2023 Fundraiser

Old friends Bernie Doherty and Wayne Beare are participating in the Shitbox Rally Spring 2023 to raise money for cancer research projects through the Cancer Council – and they’d like your help!
To carry them on their glorious journey from Port Douglas, QLD to Adelaide, SA, they’ve bought a 1985 Nissan VB11 Pulsar Panel Van previously owned by Australia Post – a true and quite rare shitbox (they were only made in Australia for a couple of years).
In keeping with the car’s heritage, Bernie and Wayne have acquired some 1980s-style postie outfits for the trip and have adopted the team name: ‘The Posties’.
Aside from the challenge of making it across the finish line in their unlikely rust-bucket, The Posties’ main purpose is to raise funds for cancer research projects – and they would greatly appreciate your support!
This fundraiser at The Gov is an afternoon of family fun for all ages with a kid’s circus show, bands, performances, games and a silent auction. All proceeds go to the Cancer Council.
