Sturt Avenue ‘Bury Me in the Garden’ album launch with Katie Pomery

On Thursday November 23rd, Sturt Avenue are releasing our new album ‘Bury Me in the Garden’. To celebrate, we are putting together an evening of live music at the Grace Emily Hotel on launch day, with our dear friend Katie Pomery supporting.
‘Bury Me in the Garden’ is a poignant collection of songs that delve into the theme of endings and the impermanence of what once seemed everlasting. Composed primarily in the midst of the tumultuous year of 2020 and into early 2021, the album showcases the emotional depth and storytelling prowess of Bryn Soden, the band’s SCALA award-winning singer/songwriter. It’s a musical journey that speaks to the core of the human experience, exploring themes of love, loss, and nostalgia for moments that may have existed solely in memory.
