Round out your Fringe with a cruisy bluesy Sunday with a blast from two of Adelaide’s blues-and-roots oriented bands. Featuring funky delta-swampy-gospel grooves of The Furball Express, and the foot stompin’, slide boogie sounds of Brett Littlefair & Devil’s Bend.
2 bands – 2 different collections of eclectic stompin’ blues and roots music.
The Furball Express – groove-driven blues from across the decades. From traditional scratchy lo-fi delta to gospel groove – think Howlin’ Wolf, Bessie Smith, Tom Waits and Larkin Poe.
Brett Littlefair & Devil’s Bend – foot stompin’, boogie blues music, played on guitars made from cigar boxes, hubcaps and other repurposed stuff.
