JIWA Album Debut with Guest Video Artist Naina Sen

Join experimental audio visual performance act JIWA, for the debut of their self titled album joined by guest video artist Naina Sen.
JIWA is the combined states of Jocelyn Tribe (aka DemiRep) and I Made Liam Budalasia (aka TUTUP MULUT). JIWA use sound and video art as a way to access their culture and have agency over their own cultural identities in the modern day.
From Delhi, India and living on Larrakia land in Darwin, Northern Territory, Naina Sen is a Walkley and AACTA nominated documentary filmmaker and video artist. Working across the intersections of documentary, installation, projection and live performance, Naina’s image making explores place, cultural archive and identity and gender politics, privileging First Nations and South East Asian narratives.
