Marmalade Trio – Jazz Summer Series gig 2

For their MDJJ debut Marmalade Trio bring their melody-driven funky/bluesy/latin-y repertoire alongside distinctive arrangements of pop, rock and jazz standards.
As a rhythm section the trio have performed throughout Australia, in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand, at the Sydney and Adelaide Festivals and the Thredbo and Manly Jazz Festivals. They have backed artists such as Mark Murphy (US), Eugene Hideaway Bridges (US), Camille O’Sullivan (Ireland), Jo Lawry, Beccy Cole, and the ASO.
Ferguson was a finalist in the National Jazz Awards and he composes and arranges for the ASO and the ASQ.
