Please enter via back entrance at Ward St- car parking is available there too- opposite Becks Bakehouse

Children are welcome who are familiar with being still, quiet, and respectful of the space. (Recommended age over 12 years)

Enter the peaceful space..Enter stillness…Guided by sound..
Lie back and let your mind and body unwind and come into harmony with the vibration and sounds of Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, Cosmic Tones, and gentle percussion…
Relax, release and renew your being, held in this loving space.
Please bring a yoga mat/ cushions/ lots of comfy blankets or even your doona, some people bring thick camp mattresses too! Whatever will create maximum comfort! (Sleeping bags can be noisy in the space so please don’t bring them!)
Also please bring water to drink afterwards.
