SUMMER GRAD FEST, the mini-festival thrown last year by emerging electro-punk-pop upstarts TONIX is back for another iteration with some very special guests along for the ride.
TONIX brand new single STEP BACK is out today and fresh off playing at ADL500 (opening for Cold bloody Chisel) this weekend TONIX will be joined by fellow ADL500 concert alumni, J-MILLA (opening this weekend for Crowded House!). J-MILLA is a fast rising, multi-award winning hip hop voice and a proud member of the NT’s Marranungu people. His lyrical content swings between deep societal commentary and bangin’ club vibes.
Joining SUMMER GRAD FEST is very special guest, ALEX HOSKING. Globe-trotting and hit-making songwriter and in-demand vocalist, Alex will be flaunting her new skills on stage as a DJ.
NATHAN HUI-YI (pronounced “Hway-Yee”) is a trailblazing Chinese-Australian rapper and producer. Nathan’s flow is both visceral and cerebral and he comes to Summer Grad with a swag of new singles under his belt.
This ALL AGES show is stacked with fresh, up-front South Aussie talent for graduates and music lovers alike.
