The Honey Badgers & 63 Deluxe
63 Deluxe are a three piece Funk Rock & Blues band currently riding a wave. In June 2024 they won the ARBA Memphis Blues challenge which will see them heading off to Memphis Tennessee USA in January 2025 to compete and represent South Australia. They have also just released a single/video RED LIGHT (Click the link) which is available on all platforms. Having just finished recording an album, they are looking to release later this year. Bret, Anthony and Jack are well known musicians from around the state and are sure to bring some powerhouse licks, riffs and beats that’ll have you up and at it.
The Honey Badgers are a band forged in Adelaide. An incredible lineup playing mainly original music from the feel good shelf! Rooted in the blues with sprinkles of soul and funk. Having made the top six at the International Blues Challenge in the USA in 2023, they are a seasoned, well oiled machine.
Their debut album and single of the same title SHAKIN (Click the link) was recorded over three years and showcases the bands development from SA Southern Vales favourites to an international level powerhouse that has wowed judges and audiences in the Beale Street Clubs Memphis.
Stacked with Horns, Guitars, Drums & Bass The Honey Badgers are a real joy to witness.
