Bao Bar Is Back — later, bolder, and tastier than ever. Every Friday in July from 8pm.
We’re talking $5 baos with any drink purchase, $30 beer buckets, moody red lighting and groovy beats turning the upstairs bar into a full-blown late-night hang.
Madame Hanoi’s Bao Bar is a love letter to street food across Asia — think Korean fried chicken, crispy pork belly, grilled lemongrass chicken, crumbed prawn, spiced tofu, and rich master stock short rib. All packed into pillowy-soft buns, and all just five bucks a pop with your drink.
Walking North Terrace to see Illuminate Adelaide in all its technicolour splendour? We’re right at the end of the trail — the perfect place to wind down (or turn up) after the lights.
