We are excited to be returning to the wonderful, retro intimate venue Gingers Vintage Lounge Bar again on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
Come and join an intimate gathering of friends, family and fans as Alexandra Frost returns to Gingers with her special 5 star acclaimed Cabaret show “Hear My Voice” that debuted in 2023 and returned in 2024 at the Adelaide Fringe to rave reviews.

What does your voice reveal about your identity?
In ‘Hear My Voice,’ Alexandra Frost explores the nuances of her voice, which has been both misunderstood and misgendered.
Through authentic storytelling, laced with humour and sincerity, Alexandra leads us on a journey from Nina Simone to Edith Piaf, deftly delving into themes of identity, struggle, and acceptance. She uses jazz and blues songs to elevate her heartfelt stories into moving anthems that leave audiences both teary and uplifted.
On stage, she’s joined by jazz pianist Ed Heddle. Together, they remind us of the extraordinary power of the human voice—our most expressive and transformative instrument.

Or alternatively, arrive later for the main event and immerse yourself in the music from 8pm onwards catching a drink before the show and during the set break.
