For Bunker’s first ticketed event, H34VEN0N34RTH presents the album release party of Strict Face’s debut album, “Severe Forward.”
13 years on (or 11, depending on who you ask) from his first release and following several well-loved EPs for his SLG International collective, Strict Face’s “Severe Forward” seems to have arrived at an appropriate junction of the Australian producer’s career.
He is joined by co-owners of Boorloo-based collective Terminal, Burna & Hally grace the stage prior to their move to the UK with the debut of their B2B. Or is it a B3B?
Enter Girl Tool. Boorloo-born and now Naarm-based, Girl Tool is a co-founder of Hyde Park HiFi, renowned for hosting some of Perth’s most iconic parties over the past five years.
For the H34VEN0N34RTH support we see the return of OG groovemakers and party starters of H34VEN0N34RTH know.clu and clutsee.
Expect a lot of UK Funky, Hard Drum and a bit of Baile Funk and Ghetto Tech.
“Severe Forward” marks a new path for a producer who’s constantly sought to refine (or, in this case, redefine) his sound without abandoning the dancers and DJs at the heart of this thing we call ‘dance music.’ – A.C. Galbraith
