Sparkling Sounds ft. DJ Tyson O’Brien at Bird in Hand Winery

Still warm from his residency at Ibiza’s iconic Ushuaïa, Melbourne DJ Tyson O’Brien is bringing his House grooves to Bird in Hand for the garden party of the season, Sparkling Sounds.
Bird in Hand’s spring wines will be on pour, and what better place to sip and socialise than the vibrant Bird in Hand Estate overlooking the vines. The grounds will be adorned in outdoor bars, a Spritz station and food stalls serving everything from oysters to house-made arancini and fries with herby aioli.
