About Torrens Quartet
The Torrens Quartet was formed in 2022 at the University of Adelaide’s Elder Conservatorium of Music, where its members Elinor Warwick and Ebony Kitson (violin), Bridget McCullough (viola) and Clara Gillan Grant (cello) undertook studies in chamber music. Delving into a diverse range of repertoire from early classical to contemporary, they curate and present rich and engaging musical programs for audiences across South Australia.
The Torrens Quartet has undertaken further study and participated in masterclasses with acclaimed and prominent musicians from across Australia, including the Australian String Quartet. Since their graduation from the Elder Conservatorium Elinor, Ebony and Clara are forging musical careers around Australia whilst Bridget completes her Honours degree in Classical Performance.
