TONIX are back for their newest headline show, a SINGLE PARTY to celebrate their latest single “I Was Asleep.”
THE LAB is one of Adelaide’s most refined and unique music venues, opposite Light Square near the Western end of Hindley Street. Featuring 50 square metres of LED screens, this party will be immersive and BASS heavy.
TONIX are also joined by special guest TUSHAR (Adl) and the live debut of GUSH (Adl) aka Lawrence Lewis b2b Josh Rogers – the best electronic producers in the business.

The new single, an atmospheric anthem, ‘I Was Asleep’ shines a light on the powerhouse vocals and cathartic song writing. Brought to life with saxophone licks and bold synths, the track radiates big emotion.
TONIX lead singer Sammi Keough says of the track “Putting what TONIX do live into recorded music has always been the hardest thing, but ‘I Was Asleep’ is as close as we’ve ever come to recreating a festival sound in the studio. It’s a warning to one’s younger self, reflecting on being naïve and blind in a relationship, and a theme that has bonded us as individuals in a band.”
Bringing their electrifying live set and new single to the stage, along with visuals by Vipop, TONIX are set to play The Lab on Friday 9 August.
